Lantana Collective connects people to resources that help them thrive in postpartum.

The postpartum period doesn't just refer to postpartum depression. The time after the birth of a child is a time of immense transformation. Every parent has a story about something they struggled with postpartum. Not many knew immediately where to find guidance and support.

The current standard of care is not enough to facilitate the health of people who have just undergone significant physical, mental and emotional shifts in such a short period of time.

Services such as counseling, lactation support and pelvic floor physical therapy can help, but people need to be empowered to seek them out. We offer Postpartum Wellness Coaching to link postpartum individuals with skilled providers in the areas they need assistance. We also partner with skilled providers to provide unique, quality content on our Instagram pageBy talking about the support that exists we hope to normalize asking for help so more parents can get the care they need.
