It can be easy to lose yourself a bit in postpartum. Keeping another person alive is a big responsibility, and it can feel overwhelming! Lantana Mindful Moments ensure you take a little time for yourself now and then.


This is a wellness practice you can fit in. It’s quick, no commitment, doesn’t require you to brush your hair, or wear real pants. There’s no equipment needed. Just you, your breath and your body.

Lantana Mindful Moments is a free service. You can opt out at any time. We won’t blow up your phone everyday, or share your information.
